  For context, I've worked 100% remotely from my home for past 12+ years as a technologist (CTO/SDE) overseeing global teams of 150+ engineers. I'd hire these folks in a heartbeat to be on my team. When Localtel sold out to a national provider, I was left looking to move my contract to a local company. On top of that, when Deepwater Electronics closed its doors in Chelan, the Lake Chelan valley was in a dearth of local service providers for both Internet and home electronics support. Enter Valley Smart Homes which fills a much needed niche in our area of exceedingly competent IT folks providing blazing fast fiber-connect ISP (I have 5 Gbps up/down), along with in-home installation of TVs, security systems, and business-grade networks. We've used them repeatedly at our home and our parent's home who live in the area to support our home electronic needs. They are exceedingly knowledgeable, forthright in communications, and don't stop till the finish the job. We need more companies in our area that operate like they do!   I don't often write reviews, reserving my time only to review remarkably good - or remarkably bad - businesses. Valley Smart Homes is remarkably good, and deserving of a 5 star review. We just moved to East Wenatchee and had a number of A/V issues with our new home (in-ceiling speakers that didn't work, no internet, etc.) Dylan and Riley facilitated Douglas County PUD to come out and run fiber to the house and had us up and running quickly. Then they got to work deciphering the mess of wiring and old equipment to arrive at a solution that works beautifully - Sonos amps for the four rooms with existing in-ceiling speakers and a new receiver to power the surround sound for the TV in the living room. It was all done cleanly, professionally, and quickly - without any pre3ssure for us to buy stuff that we didn't need. These guys are a pleasure to work with and we can't recommend them highly enough.
